Welcome to Posy Ironing
We are a personal ironing service, based in Sherwood, serving Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. In business since 1993, we pick up your ironing from your home, iron and then deliver it back 48 hours later.
We serve the Thurgarton in Nottinghamshire every two weeks.
If you live in Thurgarton, just north of Nottingham, you’ll be pleased to know we’re in your area regularly. We already have many loyal, ongoing customers in the village, which means we’re able to offer a dependable fortnightly service to Thurgarton residents.
We carry out collections on Monday mornings between 10 and 11.00 am, with deliveries returned on Wednesdays at around the same time.
How it works
When we arrive, we’ll weigh your bag and give you a slip with the total price. We then take your ironing away and return it within 48 hours. Once you’ve received it and are happy with everything, we’ll send our bank details so you can pay online.
It doesn’t matter if you won’t be at home when we visit!
Many of our customers leave their ironing outside in a safe, discreet place for us to collect. We can also drop it back off while you’re out, as long as there’s a suitable spot where we can leave or hang your freshly ironed clothes.
