How We Work

  • Do you offer a laundry service
    Not at present, we've focused specifically on ironing for many years. If you think we should also offer laundry please do let us know! We're always open to suggestions!
  • What are your prices
    We charge according to weight, when our driver arrives they'll weigh your bags of ironing and you'll see exactly what the costs are. We keep a keen eye on prices as to remain competitive, if you would like a price per kg, please do send us a quick email, WhatsApp message or call and we can give you a live price!
  • What if I'm not in when you return our items
    Our drivers will contact you to let you know what day they're returning your ironing. If you're not going to be in, you can let them know and arrange alternative arrangements (left with a neighbour or in a safe place).
  • How are our clothes returned to us
    They're returned folded or on hangers, and covered in plastic to protect them. We do ask that you return the hangers and plastic so they can be reused.
  • Do you have insurance
    Yes, we have liability insurance, so if anything were to go wrong you would be covered.
  • Can I try the service once or do I have to commit longer
    No commitment at all, you only pay when you use us.
  • Are there any hidden costs
    No, you simply pay by weight of the load. Pick up and delivery are included.
  • When do you pick up
    Currently the pick up in every fortnight, on a Monday delivered back on Wednesday. We cover north Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
  • How do I pay
    When your laundry is picked up, the price will be calculated based on the weight, you'll then pay when we return your ironed laundry, we accept bank transfers, cash and card.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We try to accommodate your needs as much as possible,  from a one-off ironing service to a regular bi-weekly or monthly service, we have you covered.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your ironing service, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
